该机采用荷兰式真空低温熬煮、搅拌充气,使生产瑞士糖、牛轧糖、棉花糖、奶糖能够连续熬煮充气,熬温自动控制。采用真空熬煮大大降低糖果的PH值,提高糖果的充气量,减小变形,增加了糖果的品质、口感,同时还节约劳动力,提高工作效率。
该设备解决了立式搅拌机的不卫生、一锅软、一锅硬、工人不好控制的难题。
